Kayak through emerald waters among ancient limestone karsts
Cheow Lan Lake is one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in all of Thailand — a vast emerald reservoir surrounded by towering limestone cliffs draped in virgin rainforest. This full-day tour takes you deep into the heart of Khaosok National Park by traditional longtail boat, with stops for kayaking, swimming, and a freshly prepared Thai lunch on a floating raft house.
Towering 300-meter cliffs rising from crystal-clear water
Paddle through hidden coves and along dramatic cliff faces
Authentic Thai cuisine served on a raft house on the lake
Hornbills, gibbons, langurs, and monitor lizards in their natural habitat
We collect you from the resort after breakfast. The drive to the pier takes approximately 45 minutes through beautiful jungle scenery.
Board a traditional Thai longtail boat at Ratchaprapha Dam and head into the lake. The first stretch alone is worth the trip — dramatic karsts rising from the mist.
Paddle through calm emerald waters into hidden lagoons. Your guide will point out wildlife along the cliffs. Stop for a swim in one of the lake's most scenic coves.
A freshly cooked Thai meal — pad thai, green curry, fresh fruit — served on a floating raft house with panoramic lake views. Time to relax and take it all in.
A short hike to Tham Nam Thalu — a dramatic cave with ancient coral formations and an underground stream. Headlamps provided.
Boat back to the pier and drive home. You'll be back at the resort by 5:00 PM — in time for a sunset dip in the pool.
